At Jardine Garden Furniture, we use high-precision die casting to ensure that every table, chair, and bench we manufacture is consistent, durable, and perfectly formed. This method guarantees that each cast component is identical, ensuring seamless assembly and a uniform, flawless appearance across our entire range.

The process begins with a high-quality mould, made in two halves. One half remains stationary, while the other moves back and forth, powered by gas or electricity. Once sealed, molten aluminium is poured into the runners at the top, filling the cavity to form the cast part. This ensures that every piece maintains the same strength, structural integrity, and timeless design.

Once cooled, each component is carefully removed, fettled, and cleaned to eliminate imperfections. Our expert craftsmen then weld the parts together in our dedicated workshop, ensuring strong, long-lasting joints built to withstand the elements.

To enhance durability further, we take extra steps that many manufacturers skip. Each piece undergoes a de-oxidising process before being powder coated in-house, creating a tough, weather-resistant finish that protects against corrosion, fading, and wear. The powder coating is then oven-baked, resulting in a hard-wearing, long-lasting surface.
